You are NOT BROKEN, you are EVOLVING… let's talk about fear & anxiety!

After my book launch and meditation retreat, I’ve been planning and organizing my new workshop. Creating the outline, choosing the exercises, looking for a spacious but affordable place to start with, waiting for offers, following up, looking for more options… until finally finding a good place for the chosen date and time.

I thought it’d be faster than I expected, but I’m sure it’s the same with everything. Every little detail takes time and energy, and the least expected problem shows up...

About Meditation, Dr Joe Dispenza Progressive Retreat, and Fear & Anxiety

Two days after my book launch I went straight to a progressive retreat from Joe Dispenza in Basel. After that, I've taken plenty of time to integrate everything and reorganize new things in my life. New plans and new projects, as well as logistics and legal implications, among others. That way I came up with the new workshop YOU ARE NOT BROKEN, YOU ARE EVOLVING — Managing Fear and Anxiety. I’ll be talking more about this in my next email.

Besides the workshop, my life keeps rearranging itself...

What happened after my book launch... After a couple of weeks since my book

After a couple of weeks since my book launch, and a week after a Joe Dispenza Progressive Retreat, I've taken some time to integrate everything and put it all together. I wanted to include the best insights from the launch, but the day after it happened I went to Dr. Joe's retreat, which gave me so many more insights that I needed time to integrate, understand, and feel.

So finally, I've made the time for this!

Let's go into my book launch first, and next week I'll tell you more about the...

I promise, I’m not going to make you cry 😂 It’s almost time for my book

It’s almost time for my book launch!

I was thinking about ways to promote it, and I figured that the café bar where I’m holding the event hosts a comedy show on Tuesday evenings. So one day, I decided to drop by and ask the organiser if I could quickly mention my book launch — or if he could do it for me. It wouldn’t take more than a few minutes.

I was sure he was going to say yes.

So my jaw dropped when I heard:

“No. Your book is depressing. I’m not going to talk about something depressing at a...

7‑Day Fear Challenge As promised, it’s time to tell you about the 7‑day

As promised, it’s time to tell you about the 7‑day fear challenge I posted on my Instagram stories. The idea was simple: do one thing I was afraid of every day for 7 days. It started as a personal experiment, but it ended up doing a lot more good for me than I expected.

At the beginning, I struggled to find things I was afraid of that I could actually do and share. But somehow, I always found something. Some tasks were deeper and more meaningful, others a bit more superficial and “obvious”—but...

Earthquakes, Eclipses, and a New Direction Sometimes, a few events change

Sometimes, a few events change the course of things in your life and make you rethink what you're doing. That's what happened to me last week.

As I mentioned before, the natural disaster and misfortune happening back home (Colombia) changed the course of life for many. People are still recovering and working together, collecting resources, supporting each other, and those of us living abroad try to help as we can. I do what I can, and I tried not to feel guilty the first few days — I cannot do...
